As we now have internet access across Finlay Park we have the staff, most of who are part of the digital generation, have smart phones who can now fill in activity safety check sheets online right at the activity. This has meant the these forms do get completed rather than forgetting to get the paper forms and the accuracy is improved. We have also implemented a General issues for so staff can record any issues that they see around camp, with photos if it is helpful, when ever and where ever they see them and have them emailed in to be assigned for fixing.
